Samsung, the electronics company based in Suwon, is preparing to sell the Galaxy Buds On, its first clip-on earbuds, in South Korea on October 27 for around $226. Retail listings in Europe suggest the product could reach other markets as well.

Open-ear design and built-in features

The Galaxy Buds On are built around an open-ear design, leaving the wearer's ears unobstructed while music plays. They also carry TwinBoost speakers and a set of Galaxy AI features, among them head gestures and voice memos, according to the report.

Pricing and early retail listings

In South Korea the earbuds are set to cost around $226. European retail listings show prices from $216 to $241 in Switzerland, a spread the report treats as a hint of a broader launch to come.
