What happened

Apparently, races run at about 42 to 60 FPS depending on car count, tested on two rigs: one with a Core i7-13700KF and RTX 4070 Ti, and the other with a Ryzen 5 9600X and RTX 3060. Gran Turismo Sport is now playable on PC through RyGT , an unofficial port from GitHub user mlgprorektm8 that has been getting new builds almost daily.

RyGT converts the PS4 executable (CUSA03220, update 1.69) into a Windows program, so the game code runs directly on the CPU while RyGT's libraries stand in for the PS4 system, and graphics go through shadGT, a Vulkan renderer built on ShadPS4 code. You'll still need your own decrypted game dump and firmware files.

Menus, races, audio, and controllers work, though online features don't. Moreover, AMD FSR 3.1 frame generation works on any GPU (a chip built for many calculations at once, used for graphics and AI) and took one 57 FPS race to 115 FPS on screen.
