Mercado Bitcoin Wallet Moves 2,800 ETH After Breach, Withdrawals Still Suspended

A wallet linked to the Mercado Bitcoin breach has sent 2,800 ETH onward, according to a report from The Defiant. Deposits and withdrawals on the platform remain suspended.

Other transfers from the affected wallets

Beyond the 2,800 ETH, further transfers moved 2.24 million USDC, a dollar-pegged token issued by Circle, and 1.7 million TRX. The Defiant reports these movements as part of the same incident.

Deposits and withdrawals on the exchange were still suspended at the time of the report.
