WORLDTECHAcemagic's W1-5400U mini PC with Ryzen 3 5400U goes on sale in China
Acemagic has introduced the W1-5400U in China, a budget mini PC built around the AMD Ryzen 3 5400U and priced from CNY 1,599, about $234, according to Notebookcheck. The company aims the machine at light workloads, media use and office tasks.
Entry price and memory options
The base configuration, with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, costs CNY 1,599, roughly $234. Buyers can opt for up to 16GB of LPDDR4 memory, and the system provides two M.2 slots for solid-state drives.
Older chip with modest integrated graphics
The Ryzen 3 5400U belongs to AMD's Cezanne lineup and pairs four Zen 3 cores with Radeon RX Vega 6 integrated graphics. Notebookcheck describes the processor as relatively old and says its integrated GPU falls short of the Radeon 780M or 880M, although it can handle lightweight tasks that lean on the graphics chip.
Compact chassis with monitor mounting
The W1-5400U has a 0.68-liter chassis. VESA support allows it to be attached to the back of a compatible monitor, which frees up desk space. Notebookcheck also lists a low-noise cooling system among the machine's highlights.
