Xiaomi has launched the Redmi G25 2027 in China, a budget gaming monitor with a native 300Hz refresh rate priced at 799 yuan, roughly $120, according to a report from Gizmochina.

Panel specifications at a glance

The monitor pairs a 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels in a 16:9 format. Gizmochina reports a 1ms gray-to-gray response time alongside the 300Hz refresh rate, a combination the outlet says is meant to limit motion blur and ghosting during fast action.

Image quality is rated under VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, with typical brightness of 400 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 8-bit color depth. Xiaomi has also added Dynamic Overdrive, which adjusts pixel response speeds automatically according to the current frame rate.

Gaming features and where to buy

AMD FreeSync Premium provides variable refresh rate support, which the report says is there to prevent screen tearing and stuttering. The display software adds customizable crosshairs with dynamic color adjustment, a night vision mode, and a dark enhancement function that lifts shadow detail while keeping highlights intact.

The Redmi G25 2027 can currently be bought on JD.com. Xiaomi is a Beijing-based company in consumer electronics and home appliances, and its offering also includes software.
