Strava expands strength training features A few months ago, Strava announced an overhaul of its strength training experience, with a dedicated workout log for tracking sets, reps, and weights, automatic muscle maps, and more. Today, the company unveiled new features that build on that, including coach-designed strength workouts that guide users through each exercise with animations, form tips, and information on the targeted muscle groups.

The muscle maps introduced earlier this year will also update to reflect the completed exercises. Now, users can track their sets and reps as they go, with the results automatically saved to their activity once the session ends.
