Dataline raises $10.6 million for AI agent data network and plans token sale
Dataline, a startup building a decentralized data network for AI agents, has raised $10.6 million, according to reports disclosed on October 21, 2026. The company, which says it is preparing a public token sale, is positioning its network as infrastructure for AI systems that carry out multi-step tasks rather than answering single questions.
How the network is structured
Dataline describes its platform as a two-sided network. Data providers contribute data feeds and fulfil custom requests from agents, while on the other side AI agents receive outputs that are schema-normalised and come with confidence scores attached.
The platform runs on BNB Chain, Sui and TON, and integrates with trading venues including Hyperliquid, a perpetual futures exchange, and Polymarket, a prediction market platform. The company says its infrastructure already supports a range of trading venues and blockchains.
Traction and the company's history
The company says its network has processed 19.4 million on-chain transactions so far, recorded directly on the blockchain, and reports a 96.4% success rate for agent tasks. These figures come from Dataline itself.
Dataline was previously called Tearline and operated under that name until May 12, 2026, when it rebranded. It counts Google for Startups Cloud and BNB Chain among its backers.
Planned token sale and DLINE
Central to the plan is a proposed token called DLINE, which is not yet live on the market. According to the reports, it will be used for access, staking, rewards and slashing, and will have a total supply of 1 billion.
The startup also plans a public token sale through Uniswap's auction platform, with details expected next week.
Open questions
- What terms and pricing will the public token sale on Uniswap's auction platform carry?
- When will the DLINE token go live on the market?
