SpaceX is targeting November 2026 for the fifteenth integrated flight test of its Starship rocket, a mission that would try to catch the spacecraft's upper stage at the launch tower after it returns from space.

Flight 15 follows a successful Flight 14

The planned flight builds on Flight 14 in September, which reached orbit and released 26 next-generation Starlink V3 satellites, according to the report.

Flight 15 would push further, with the upper stage returning to the launch tower to be caught after its trip through space.

Booster recovery also being prepared

SpaceX is also getting ready to recover the Super Heavy booster, a step that could bring both stages of its enormous launch system back to the launch site.

Vehicle testing continues in South Texas

Preparations are moving ahead at Starbase in South Texas, where the vehicles assigned to the mission are being tested. SpaceX is a space company based in Hawthorne.

Launch timing rests on several conditions

The company is currently aiming for November, but the date will hinge on testing, vehicle readiness and regulatory approval. No official date had been announced as of October 28.
