Discord Rolls Out Server Web Pages to Make Public Servers Findable in Search Engines

Discord has announced the roll-out of Server Web Pages, a feature intended to make publicly discoverable servers easier to find through search engines such as Google and DuckDuckGo, according to a report by TechPowerUp.
Why server content has been hard to find
Discord has reportedly recognised that a growing number of companies and game studios have moved material such as announcements, guides and product support out of blogs and forums and onto official Discord servers. Content placed there is effectively behind a Discord account, which in some cases makes it extremely hard to locate.
Before Discord's launch, message boards were a common home for this kind of material, ranging from community-run forums to official boards operated by game studios. They were well suited to long, structured discussions about helping users, theory crafting and similar topics. Many of those conversations now take place on Discord servers instead.
What the new feature does
According to the report, Discord has officially announced the roll-out of Server Web Pages. The aim is to make discoverable servers, the publicly available servers often used for support and announcements, more readily found by search engines including Google and DuckDuckGo.
Google is an internet and software company based in Mountain View, and its products include Google Search.
