What happened
Ture Armas, the new leader of JPMorganChase's Seattle Tech Center, says AI is pushing engineers to work more closely with the business, changing how the bank hires. The center has more than 400 people and about 50 openings in AI, cloud and cybersecurity.

Armas, the new leader of the bank’s Seattle Tech Center, said in an interview that engineers will need to work more closely with the business, model its problems and communicate clearly, rather than waiting for a business analyst to hand them fully written requirements. “You do need to interview for that.”
