The White House Accord on Super Intelligence, as it’s called, was signed by Jensen Huang, Sundar Pichai, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and Dario Amodei.

Greg Brockman, the president of OpenAI Group PBC (a company legally required to pursue a stated public benefit), signed as well. The accord urges frontier model developers to adopt four sets of AI safety best practices.

Several of the best practices have already been implemented by the six participating companies. President Donald Trump posted the document on Truth Social late Tuesday.

The accord’s first recommendation is that AI labs develop “robust internal controls.” According to the White House, those controls should track AI models’ capabilities in sensitive areas such as biology and evaluate their alignment with safety requirements.
