What happened

Apple is expected to unveil the HomeView hub for smart homes tomorrow. Tomorrow’s event will be the first of two in October – the second is allegedly planned for later this month and will focus on new Macs and a new iPad mini. The latest iPad mini is from 2024 and it was a performance-oriented refresh of the 2021 model – it replaced the A15 chipset with an A17 Pro and doubled the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Apple is a software and consumer electronics company based in Cupertino, founded in 1976.
