Google is a software and Internet company based in Mountain View, and its products and services include Software tools.

Google introduced Gemini Enterprise a year ago , and its no-code workbench lets staff across a business create agents of their own. For Gemini Enterprise licenses, the platform separates seats that have been activated and are in use from those sitting idle, and it puts a figure on how much of the idle spending could be reclaimed.

Insights by Promevo goes after what the company calls a visibility gap in enterprise AI adoption. According to Promevo, the native Google Cloud and Google Workspace consoles keep license and agent data on separate systems, and their history covers a rolling 28-day window.

Insights pulls it all into one place with a longer record. Every agent employees have built goes into an inventory that also shows what each one can access.

Promevo said the software does this without reading or storing the content of prompts and responses. Identity and access management data is gathered across projects, and the platform flags overpermissioned users.
