This is the 2008-founded company’s third acquisition in the last five years, as it expands its market presence in Europe and beyond. Late last year, it acquired legal AI company Uncover and opened a new office location in Amsterdam.
Bundledocs is used by clients from across 35 countries, including more than 100 of UK's top 200 law firms. London-headquartered legal-tech provider Opus 2 has is acquiring Bundledocs, a collaborative document management platform based out of Cork.
With the purchase, Opus 2 hopes to streamline and automate manual processes within legal teams. The company’s AI framework, according to its website, assists in building legal strategies and helps build collaborative workspaces. Its clientele, spread across 64 countries, contains major legal firms including Dentons, Goodwin and Baker Botts.
