Metaview wants to eliminate recruiting grunt work and speed up hiring after raising $60M

What happened

said today the industry is ready for a “Claude Code moment” after it closed on $60 million in a Series C (an early stage of company funding) funding. To date, the company has now raised $110 million in total.

Artificial intelligence recruiting software startup Metaview Labs Inc. The round was led by Insight Partners and saw the participation of GV, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Intrepid Growth Partners, Plural and Garuda Ventures.

Although Metaview is hitching on the agentic (AI that carries out multi-step tasks rather than answering one question) AI wagon, it’s actually pretty old as far as AI startups go.

It was founded back in 2018 by former Uber Technologies Inc. employees Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, who serve as its chief executive and chief technology officer, respectively. According to Magos, Metaview’s agents have already conducted more than 6 million interviews so far.
