Jaguar released the full technical specification alongside the debut. The Jaguar Type 01 made its world premiere in New York and is the first production model based on Jaguar Electric Architecture (JEA), developed specifically for the company’s next generation of battery-electric cars.

Jaguar Type 01 gets 850 V architecture The electrical system combines an 850 V architecture with a 118 kWh usable battery and DC charging at up to 350 kW. Jaguar estimates a WLTP range of up to 720 km, subject to final certification, and says a suitable rapid charger can add 321 km of range in 13 minutes.
