What happened

With a few hardware modifications and some clever software configuration, the creator turned an inexpensive secondhand phone into a fairly capable gaming machine. A capable gaming PC doesn't have to cost a fortune.

LastComputer built one around an old flagship smartphone purchased for just $40. Gaming PCs can easily cost thousands of dollars, especially when you start adding high-end graphics cards and other performance-oriented components.

That's what YouTuber LastComputer set out to do by repurposing an aging flagship Android smartphone. The idea actually makes some sense when you consider how powerful flagship smartphones have become.
