The Call asks ESA to strengthen its position in human and robotic exploration of low-Earth orbit, the Moon, and Mars through developing competitive capabilities, including crew transport. The program booked its first success with Isar Aerospace’s Spectrum reaching orbit on its second flight on Sept.
