What happened

The JadePuffer ransomware (software that locks up files and demands payment) operator is targeting Azure tenants with agent-driven attacks that conduct reconnaissance, steal credentials, and destroy core components. Microsoft is a software and software development company based in Redmond, and its products and services include Azure.
