Inntelo AI signs deal to deploy AI agents across global hospitality association

Hospitality technology company Inntelo AI has signed a partnership with global industry association HFTP to deploy its AI agents (AI that carries out multi-step tasks rather than answering one question) across the organisation’s websites, media titles and events. The agents will be used to respond to enquiries from HFTP members, event attendees and exhibitors in more than 50 languages, with queries requiring human intervention passed to the relevant HFTP team.

HFTP has 83 chapters across 46 countries and claims approximately 100,000 opt-in subscribers across its media publications. Its HITEC event attracted more than 6,100 attendees and over 400 exhibitors in San Antonio this year.
