Swedish micromobility company Voi secures €150 million RCF to redeem outstanding bonds and scale its fleet

What happened

Voi Technology, the Stockholm-based e-scooter and e-bike sharing company, has signed a €150 million revolving credit facility (RCF) with three Nordic banks. The Swedish micromobility startup has entered into the new RCF (new facility) with Danske Bank A/S, Swedbank AB and DNB Sweden AB.

Founded in Stockholm in 2018, Voi provides shared electric scooters and e-bikes in partnership with towns and cities across Europe. The new revolving credit facility comes on the back of strong second-quarter results. During Q2 2026, Voi reported net revenue climbed 47% year-on-year to €68.8 million, pushing its trailing twelve-month revenue above €200 million for the first time.
