Comparables.ai secures $6M seed to scale its AI platform for dealmakers

What happened

Comparables.ai,an AI platform for private and public market intelligence, has raised $6million in seed funding to support its expansion across multiple markets andfurther develop its core AI engine. The round was led by Pragmatech and Araya Ventures , with participation from Purple Ventures, Gorilla Capital, hi5 Ventures, Somersault Ventures and other investors.

Founded by Niko Nalli , Markus Vesala , Martin Kangasniemi and Muhammad Ammad-ud-din , Comparables.ai is built for corporate development teams, private equity firms, M&A advisors and investment banks. The company aims to address information gaps in dealmaking by giving users broader visibility into potential targets, buyers and market activity.
