What happened

Pandektes, a Copenhagen-based LegalTech company specialising in legal research, has raised €13.5 million in a Series A (an early stage of company funding) funding round. The Series A follows the company’s €2.9 million Seed investment announced last year.

The round was led by Alstin Capital, a Munich-based early-stage venture capital firm with a focus on B2B software companies. The round also saw participation from PROfounders, Scale Capital, and existing investors. Founded in 2022 by Casper Laursen and Søren Brokær, Pandektes has built a platform that continuously collects, structures, and connects legal information spanning legislation, court decisions, administrative rulings, and other legal sources, and combines it with an organisation’s own data.
