UPDATED 11:00 EDT / OCTOBER 08 2026 APPS Docusign adds a desktop PDF editor to its Intelligent Agreement Management platform by Duncan Riley Electronic signature company Docusign Inc . Plugging directly into the company’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, the new release seeks to take on the problem of contracts being prepared in one tool and signed in another, where even a minor edit can mean exporting and uploading a fresh version.

That kind of edit can now be made in the editor itself. Docusign said the app covers the everyday PDF jobs people would normally open a separate program for, such as changing text and images or pulling several files together into one document.

Redaction for sensitive information is part of the package, alongside form creation and file conversion. From that point the agreement passes to Docusign’s artificial intelligence tools .
