What happened
The ESA has filed its suggestions for the USTR’s “Notorious Markets” list (spotted via Retrohandhelds ). The ESA is calling ANBERNIC handhelds "superfakes." The European Space Agency is a research and development company based in Paris.
TL;DR ANBERNIC has been classified as a “superfake” by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). The ESA has suggested that the US Trade Representative (USTR) include ANBERNIC on its list of “Notorious Markets.” This could potentially lead to ANBERNIC being barred from selling its hardware in the US.
