UPDATED 15:00 EDT / SEPTEMBER 30 2026 APPS Apollo debuts AI app builder, intelligence layer and signal-based outreach system by Duncan Riley Sales software company Apollo today unveiled a set of artificial intelligence products designed to move more of a revenue team’s daily work onto one platform. An Apollo survey of more than 300 go-to-market leaders and operators found end-to-end workflow automation ranked as the top priority for revenue teams.

The launch goes after a problem Apollo describes as tool sprawl. Most sales organizations assembled their software one product at a time, often ending up with a different vendor for prospecting than for enrichment or outreach.

According to the company, AI has made that arrangement harder to justify because a model can only work with the context it is given. Most of the teams surveyed are still juggling two to five sales and marketing platforms.

A second piece, the Apollo Intelligence Layer, works out what a team should do next. Outreach is handled by Apollo Messaging OS.
