Amsterdam’s preventive HealthTech Blue Health Intelligence raises €3.4 million to expand across Europe

What happened

Blue Health Intelligence, an Amsterdam-based preventive health care startup, has secured €3.4 million in funding for international expansion and further product development. The round was led by Knop Investments, with participation from entrepreneurs such as Jeroen Tas, former Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at Philips, and Dutch lifestyle influencer Anna Nooshin.

Blue Health Intelligence was founded in 2025 by former Swapfiets and Tibber CCO Onno Huyghe and physician and healthcare entrepreneur Leanne Verdonck. The company is a provider of affordable health checks and claims to have developed its own 360-degree health check that gives people insight into their health in just one hour for €299. The results are discussed with a doctor immediately afterwards and uploaded to the Blue app.
