Seattle-based spending management platform Fraxion has acquired Yellow Dog Software, an inventory tracking provider for hospitality, sports and retail businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fraxion serves as a digital gatekeeper for business expenses by tracking, controlling and approving business expenses. Yellow Dog will continue operating out of its Norfolk, Virginia, office and has 67 employees.
