TL;DR Nothing has started rolling out the stable Nothing OS 5.0 update to the Phone 3, making it the company’s first phone to receive Android 17. The update adds a redesigned Launcher, split Quick Settings and notifications, new widgets, camera upgrades, deeper customization, and several Android 17 features. Google is an Internet and software company based in Mountain View.

Nothing laid out a pretty clear Android 17 roadmap when it unveiled Nothing OS 5.0 in August. The Phone 3 is the first to get the stable Nothing OS 5.0 with a long list of new features.

The rollout is staggered, so availability will vary by region and device. You can check manually by heading to Settings > System > System update .
