What happened

TL;DR Google has introduced two new stainless steel Metal Mesh Bands for the Fitbit Air, giving the screenless tracker a more elegant, bracelet-like appearance. Your Fitbit Air is ready to flex, and not at the gym. Google is an Internet and software company based in Mountain View.

The new bands come in Champagne Gold and Polished Silver, with both priced at $69.99. The bands feature a finely woven metal design, making the Fitbit Air easier to pair with casual and formal outfits without sacrificing fitness tracking.

The new fitness tracker comes with a larger OLED display, built-in GPS, a replaceable battery, and up to seven days of battery life. However, while the Edge understandably gets most of the attention today, Google hasn’t forgotten the Fitbit Air.
