Zotac denies warranty support to RTX 3060 owner in India after just one year despite offering three years of coverage

What happened

The company claims that the warranty begins from the date of import, not the date of sale, and that the card was imported in 2023. That can be extended by two years in exchange for registering the product.

The customer received an invoice and registered the graphics card with Zotac, for which an automatically generated registration confirmation was received on July 2, 2025. The owner of a Zotac RTX 3060 in India was denied warranty coverage just one year after buying the card in 2025, despite Zotac's offer of a three-year standard warranty in the country.
