What happened

DH2i has introduced 3 new use cases in the Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog, demonstrating how its 3 flagship products, DxOperator, DxEnterprise, and DxOdyssey help create a resilient security-forward foundation for AI applications on Red Hat OpenShift (cloud computing software) . Building an AI application is a milestone; running it reliably against business-critical enterprise data is a challenge. Red Hat is a software company based in Raleigh.

As organizations transition retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI assistants from the lab to production, the underlying infrastructure becomes the primary differentiator. To succeed, models require continuous access to trusted data, the ability to coexist with legacy systems, and a security posture that protects sensitive information across hybrid environments without compromising network integrity.

The 3 use cases were developed through close collaboration between Red Hat and DH2i, with Vivien Wang leading the Red Hat side of development and OJ Ngo leading the DH2i side. DH2i provides software for highly available, securely connected SQL Server and application environments across hybrid infrastructure.
