Samsung announced that One UI 9 is officially rolling out to devices that didn’t launch with it preloaded – i.e., the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra . That means the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are the next to get Android 17 (via SamMobile ).

For the time being, the update appears to be available in South Korea and the US, though it’s expected that more regions will follow within the next few days. A month ago, the Galaxy S26 was given access to the new One UI 9 , based on Android 17.
